Across TCGA cell cohorts, HDHD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,858 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HDHD2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of nucleotide-excision repair, Positive regulation of double-strand break repair, and Regulation of termination of RNA polymerase II transcription. Each is linked with HDHD2 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HDHD2-to-partner and partner-to-HDHD2 results are reported.
