HDGFL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HDGFL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,232 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HDGFL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRAMEF13, MIR4769, and CENPU. Each is linked with HDGFL1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HDGFL1-to-partner and partner-to-HDGFL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRAMEF13 grouped by HDGFL1-low versus HDGFL1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HDGFL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HDGFL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
