HDDC2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HDDC2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,420 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HDDC2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HBS1L, CDC40, and CCT3. Each is linked with HDDC2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HDDC2-to-partner and partner-to-HDDC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HDDC2 versus HBS1L in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HDDC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HDDC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
