HDDC2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HDDC2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,572 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HDDC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are REPS1, PRKN, and HSF2. Each is linked with HDDC2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HDDC2-to-partner and partner-to-HDDC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HDDC2 versus REPS1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HDDC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HDDC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
