HDDC2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HDDC2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 56 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HDDC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR8086, RNU7-193P, and MRPS36P4. Each is linked with HDDC2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HDDC2-to-partner and partner-to-HDDC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR8086 grouped by HDDC2-low versus HDDC2-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HDDC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HDDC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
