HDC

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HDC mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,771 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HDC-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZMYND19, NDRG2, and MYL12BP1. Each is linked with HDC in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HDC-to-partner and partner-to-HDC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZMYND19 grouped by HDC-low versus HDC-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HDC→partner) and Y-score (partner→HDC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
