Across TCGA cell cohorts, HDC RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,335 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HDC-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, Negative regulation of myoblast fusion, and Negative regulation of nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, deadenylation-dependent decay. Each is linked with HDC in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HDC-to-partner and partner-to-HDC results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion grouped by HDC-low versus HDC-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
