Across TCGA cell cohorts, HDC mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 66 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HDC-associated genes across cancer lineages are C4orf50, FAM240A, and GLRA2. Each is linked with HDC in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HDC-to-partner and partner-to-HDC results are reported.
