HDAC6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HDAC6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,215 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HDAC6-associated genes across cancer lineages are PMM2P1, SERINC4, and BCAS2P3. Each is linked with HDAC6 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HDAC6-to-partner and partner-to-HDAC6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PMM2P1 grouped by HDAC6-low versus HDAC6-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HDAC6→partner) and Y-score (partner→HDAC6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
