HDAC6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HDAC6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 151 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HDAC6-associated genes across cancer lineages are GH2, KRTAP1-4, and GRIFIN. Each is linked with HDAC6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HDAC6-to-partner and partner-to-HDAC6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GH2 grouped by HDAC6-low versus HDAC6-high in STOMACH.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HDAC6→partner) and Y-score (partner→HDAC6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
