HDAC5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HDAC5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,381 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HDAC5-associated genes across cancer lineages are NF2, COX15, and KIAA1522. Each is linked with HDAC5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HDAC5-to-partner and partner-to-HDAC5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NF2 grouped by HDAC5-low versus HDAC5-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HDAC5→partner) and Y-score (partner→HDAC5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
