HDAC4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HDAC4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 772 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HDAC4-associated genes across cancer lineages are NARS1, MSH4, and DEPDC5. Each is linked with HDAC4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HDAC4-to-partner and partner-to-HDAC4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NARS1 grouped by HDAC4-low versus HDAC4-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HDAC4→partner) and Y-score (partner→HDAC4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
