HDAC2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HDAC2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,952 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HDAC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are HSF2, BCLAF1, and TCP1. Each is linked with HDAC2 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HDAC2-to-partner and partner-to-HDAC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HDAC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HDAC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
