Across TCGA patient cohorts, HDAC1P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,379 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HDAC1P1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NFIX, PLCE1_S1060, and PLCE1_S1709. Each is linked with HDAC1P1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HDAC1P1-to-partner and partner-to-HDAC1P1 results are reported.
