HDAC11

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → IMMUNEPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HDAC11 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HDAC11-associated genes across cancer lineages are CMP, Macrophages, and pDC. Each is linked with HDAC11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HDAC11-to-partner and partner-to-HDAC11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CMP grouped by HDAC11-low versus HDAC11-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HDAC11→partner) and Y-score (partner→HDAC11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
