HDAC11

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HDAC11 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 1,293 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HDAC11-associated genes across cancer lineages are TBX2, PCSK9, and SSH3. Each is linked with HDAC11 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HDAC11-to-partner and partner-to-HDAC11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TBX2 grouped by HDAC11-low versus HDAC11-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HDAC11→partner) and Y-score (partner→HDAC11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
