HDAC10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HDAC10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,504 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HDAC10-associated genes across cancer lineages are HMGB3P13, RN7SKP261, and RPL7L1P5. Each is linked with HDAC10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HDAC10-to-partner and partner-to-HDAC10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HMGB3P13 grouped by HDAC10-low versus HDAC10-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HDAC10→partner) and Y-score (partner→HDAC10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
