Across TCGA patient cohorts, HDAC10 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HDAC10-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, Rad50, and ATM. Each is linked with HDAC10 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HDAC10-to-partner and partner-to-HDAC10 results are reported.
