HDAC10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HDAC10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,297 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HDAC10-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Calcium-independent cell-matrix adhesion, Positive regulation of intracellular steroid hormone receptor signaling pathway, and Taurine biosynthetic process. Each is linked with HDAC10 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HDAC10-to-partner and partner-to-HDAC10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Calcium-independent cell-matrix adhesion grouped by HDAC10-low versus HDAC10-high in STOMACH.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HDAC10→partner) and Y-score (partner→HDAC10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
