HDAC10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HDAC10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 59 significant associations in total. STOMACH shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HDAC10-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR2D2, CD300LB, and IZUMO1R. Each is linked with HDAC10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HDAC10-to-partner and partner-to-HDAC10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR2D2 grouped by HDAC10-low versus HDAC10-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HDAC10→partner) and Y-score (partner→HDAC10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
