HCST

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HCST protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,051 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HCST-associated genes across cancer lineages are TNS3, CLEC4D, and ANPEP. Each is linked with HCST in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HCST-to-partner and partner-to-HCST results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HCST versus TNS3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HCST→partner) and Y-score (partner→HCST) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
