HCN4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HCN4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,218 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HCN4-associated genes across cancer lineages are SRRD, CYB5R3, and LMF2. Each is linked with HCN4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HCN4-to-partner and partner-to-HCN4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SRRD grouped by HCN4-low versus HCN4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HCN4→partner) and Y-score (partner→HCN4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
