HCN4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HCN4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 43 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HCN4-associated genes across cancer lineages are C-Raf, PCNA, and PTEN. Each is linked with HCN4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HCN4-to-partner and partner-to-HCN4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C-Raf grouped by HCN4-low versus HCN4-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HCN4→partner) and Y-score (partner→HCN4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
