HCN4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HCN4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 429 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HCN4-associated genes across cancer lineages are HMGXB4, RWDD2A, and MED9. Each is linked with HCN4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HCN4-to-partner and partner-to-HCN4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HMGXB4 grouped by HCN4-low versus HCN4-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HCN4→partner) and Y-score (partner→HCN4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
