HCN3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HCN3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 329 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HCN3-associated genes across cancer lineages are WFDC12, CST2, and KRTAP6-1. Each is linked with HCN3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HCN3-to-partner and partner-to-HCN3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, WFDC12 grouped by HCN3-low versus HCN3-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HCN3→partner) and Y-score (partner→HCN3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
