Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, HCLS1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,259 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HCLS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYTH4, APOBEC3H, and GRAP2. Each is linked with HCLS1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HCLS1-to-partner and partner-to-HCLS1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HCLS1 versus CYTH4 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.85.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HCLS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HCLS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
