Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, HCLS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,897 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HCLS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are C16orf95, RPL23AP82, and MTFP1. Each is linked with HCLS1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HCLS1-to-partner and partner-to-HCLS1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C16orf95 grouped by HCLS1-low versus HCLS1-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HCLS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HCLS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
