Across TCGA patient cohorts, HCLS1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HCLS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASNS, eEF2, and Cyclin-B1. Each is linked with HCLS1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HCLS1-to-partner and partner-to-HCLS1 results are reported.
