Across TCGA cell cohorts, HCLS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,686 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HCLS1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA damage checkpoint signaling, Positive regulation of mRNA metabolic process, and Regulation of stem cell population maintenance. Each is linked with HCLS1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HCLS1-to-partner and partner-to-HCLS1 results are reported.
