HCG4B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HCG4B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,154 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HCG4B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cytoplasmic pattern recognition receptor signaling pathway, MDA-5 signaling pathway, and Canonical NF-kappaB signal transduction. Each is linked with HCG4B in more than 27 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HCG4B-to-partner and partner-to-HCG4B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HCG4B→partner) and Y-score (partner→HCG4B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
