HCG17

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HCG17 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,012 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HCG17-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR660, MIR8082, and DEFB108B. Each is linked with HCG17 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HCG17-to-partner and partner-to-HCG17 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR660 grouped by HCG17-low versus HCG17-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HCG17→partner) and Y-score (partner→HCG17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
