HCG15

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HCG15 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,967 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HCG15-associated genes across cancer lineages are FOXO3B, USP46-DT, and ZNF507. Each is linked with HCG15 in more than 31 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HCG15-to-partner and partner-to-HCG15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HCG15→partner) and Y-score (partner→HCG15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
