HCG15

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HCG15 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,528 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HCG15-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WRNIP1, TPR, and XRCC1. Each is linked with HCG15 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HCG15-to-partner and partner-to-HCG15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HCG15→partner) and Y-score (partner→HCG15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
