HCFC2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HCFC2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,442 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HCFC2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPP1R12A, VCL, and PRKG1. Each is linked with HCFC2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HCFC2-to-partner and partner-to-HCFC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HCFC2 versus PPP1R12A in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HCFC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HCFC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
