HCFC2

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HCFC2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 45 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HCFC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, Cyclin-B1, and Di-Ras3. Each is linked with HCFC2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HCFC2-to-partner and partner-to-HCFC2 results are reported.
