HCFC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HCFC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,284 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HCFC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are HOXA4, DEPDC1, and XAGE1A. Each is linked with HCFC1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HCFC1-to-partner and partner-to-HCFC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HOXA4 grouped by HCFC1-low versus HCFC1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HCFC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HCFC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
