HCCS

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HCCS mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 312 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HCCS-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-454P, MIR7-3, and MTCYBP29. Each is linked with HCCS in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HCCS-to-partner and partner-to-HCCS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-454P grouped by HCCS-low versus HCCS-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HCCS→partner) and Y-score (partner→HCCS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
