HCCAT5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HCCAT5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 339 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HCCAT5-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR1256, SPATA31E2P, and VDAC2P4. Each is linked with HCCAT5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HCCAT5-to-partner and partner-to-HCCAT5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR1256 grouped by HCCAT5-low versus HCCAT5-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HCCAT5→partner) and Y-score (partner→HCCAT5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
