HCCAT5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HCCAT5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HCCAT5-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK2, NF2, and VHL. Each is linked with HCCAT5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HCCAT5-to-partner and partner-to-HCCAT5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, JNK2 grouped by HCCAT5-low versus HCCAT5-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HCCAT5→partner) and Y-score (partner→HCCAT5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
