HBS1L

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HBS1L mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 49 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HBS1L-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDCD4, EGFR_pY1068, and 14-3-3_epsilon. Each is linked with HBS1L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HBS1L-to-partner and partner-to-HBS1L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PDCD4 grouped by HBS1L-low versus HBS1L-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HBS1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→HBS1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
