HBQ1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HBQ1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,520 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HBQ1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UTP18, RUFY1, and NCAPH. Each is linked with HBQ1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HBQ1-to-partner and partner-to-HBQ1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HBQ1 versus UTP18 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HBQ1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HBQ1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
