HBP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HBP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,039 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HBP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4752, MIR4287, and FAT1P1. Each is linked with HBP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HBP1-to-partner and partner-to-HBP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4752 grouped by HBP1-low versus HBP1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HBP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HBP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
