Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, HBM mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HBM-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-363P, OR52X1P, and USP9YP4. Each is linked with HBM in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HBM-to-partner and partner-to-HBM results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HBM→partner) and Y-score (partner→HBM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
