HBA2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HBA2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,501 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HBA2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EPB42, SLC4A1, and ANK1. Each is linked with HBA2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HBA2-to-partner and partner-to-HBA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HBA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HBA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
