HBA2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HBA2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,328 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HBA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACSM3, EIF1AX, and LAMC2. Each is linked with HBA2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HBA2-to-partner and partner-to-HBA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HBA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HBA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
