HBA1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HBA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. BLCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HBA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TTTY11, DAZ3, and SNORD115-21. Each is linked with HBA1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HBA1-to-partner and partner-to-HBA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HBA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HBA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
