HAVCR2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HAVCR2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,102 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HAVCR2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARHGAP45, ARHGAP9, and PLCB2. Each is linked with HAVCR2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HAVCR2-to-partner and partner-to-HAVCR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HAVCR2 versus ARHGAP45 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HAVCR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HAVCR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
