HAVCR2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HAVCR2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,333 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HAVCR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are IL21R, MAP4K1, and LILRB1. Each is linked with HAVCR2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HAVCR2-to-partner and partner-to-HAVCR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HAVCR2 versus IL21R in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HAVCR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HAVCR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
