HAVCR2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HAVCR2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 35 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HAVCR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, Annexin-1, and Caspase-8. Each is linked with HAVCR2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HAVCR2-to-partner and partner-to-HAVCR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PCNA grouped by HAVCR2-low versus HAVCR2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HAVCR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HAVCR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
