HAVCR2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HAVCR2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HAVCR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are HAND1, ECRG4, and ZNF831. Each is linked with HAVCR2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HAVCR2-to-partner and partner-to-HAVCR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HAND1 grouped by HAVCR2-low versus HAVCR2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HAVCR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HAVCR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
